Supervising with Grace is a full-day virtual training for clinical directors and supervisors who are ready to elevate their leadership with intention, evidence, and compassion. Through four focused sessions, participants will explore the art and science of supervision — from shifting into strategic leadership, to navigating accountability with grace, to using data and evidence to ensure quality care.
This experience balances reflection and application, equipping attendees with tools to strengthen documentation, support supervisee growth, and lead with clarity and compassion.
